At Lease Beauty, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We are committed to ensuring that you shop with confidence. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

  1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic and beauty products, not all items are eligible for return.

You may request a return only if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Makeup items, skincare, or fragrance products once unsealed
  • Items purchased on clearance or during promotional sales
  • Products with tampered or missing seals
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the product and packaging
    • A short explanation of the issue
  2. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
  3. If approved, you will receive:
    • Return instructions
    • The designated return address

Do not return any item without receiving confirmation from our support team.

  1. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Must include all accessories, freebies, and documentation
  • Must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit

If the product is returned in a condition that does not meet our guidelines, the return will be rejected.

  1. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the error was from our end

If the return is approved due to:

  • Wrong item sent
  • Damaged or defective item

You will receive a full refund, including shipping fees.

  1. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect products received

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

  1. International Returns

Customers outside Nigeria are responsible for:

  • International return shipping fees
  • Customs charges or import duties (if applicable)

Lease Beauty is not responsible for return items lost in transit.

  1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order if:

  • The order has not yet been processed or shipped

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.
